The Halo Analyst / Platform Champion is a strategic enablement role responsible for championing, evolving, and maximising the value of Halo PSA across the organisation. The role leads the Halo roadmap and drives automation and AI adoption while working closely with external Halo specialists and internal virtual teams. Although external partners provide technical delivery support, this role retains accountability for direction, prioritisation, and value realisation from the Halo platform, with a strong focus on efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Halo Platform Champion: Act as the internal champion for Halo PSA, ensuring it supports service and operational objectives.
- Roadmap Leadership (with External Support): Define and prioritise the Halo roadmap, working with external partners to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Automation & AI Enablement: Lead initiatives to introduce AI and automation within Halo, including full triage automation and intelligent ticket routing.
- Efficiency & Scale: Drive measurable efficiency improvements by reducing manual ticket handling and dependency on first-line engineers.
- Cross-Team Enablement: Work alongside Service Desk, Operations, and Service Management to embed Halo improvements into day-to-day workflows.
- Platform Health & Continuous Improvement: Ensure Halo remains optimised, well-governed, and continuously improved through regular review and maintenance.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Halo PSA or comparable ITSM platforms
- Proven experience delivering automation and workflow optimisation
- Strong understanding of AI-driven service management capabilities
- Ability to lead platform direction without being the sole technical implementer
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Success Measures - Halo delivers measurable efficiency and cost reduction
- First-line manual triage is significantly reduced through automation
- AI features are embedded into service operations, not treated as bolt-ons
- The Halo roadmap is clearly defined, prioritised, and consistently delivered with external support
