Description
Role & responsibilities
1-Responsible for online lab works, like-SPC, SAP work, external/Internal testing and maintaining their data.
2-Monitoring compliance with regulatory agencies as well as with customer, corporate and plant quality standards.
3-Ensuring compliance of various quality measures & standards and their documentation.
4-Preparing all required documentation for HACCP studies, FSSAI, EIA,FDA,HALAL etc.
5-To ensure the Quality of RM, PM, Intermediate & FG through intervention, inspection & testing.
6-Ensuring implementation of company standard and procedure (GMP QMS HSE), including safety.
7-Carry out internal and external audits by customers, regulatory bodies & supplier .
8-Managing the in-house laboratory, plant sanitation and pest control, GMP, HACCP & and other food safety and quality standards & SOP.
9-To ensure appropriate systems for Food Safety and Hygiene are followed in all areas of the factory.
10-Handling customer portal & escalate the complaints for root cause analysis.
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Bachelor of Technology / Engineering in Food Technology
