Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role located in Aldihi, Neamatpur (Asansol - 713359). The Hairstylist will provide professional hair care services, including styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Responsibilities also include providing consultations to clients, maintaining salon hygiene standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on the latest beauty and grooming trends. The Hairstylist will work collaboratively in a team environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and basic Cosmetology practices.
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty and grooming industry.
- Relevant certification or training in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a salon environment is an advantage.
