Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focusedManager Hair Stylist (Hair System Specialist)to lead all non-surgical hair replacement operations across Ageless Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hair System Application & Technical Services
- Perform complete hair system procedures:
- Fixing Refusion Bonding Clipping Trimming Cutting Styling Maintenance Wash & Clean
- Conduct hairline design, blending, and styling as per the client's requirement.
- Provide high-quality hair transformation service, ensuring natural results.
- Ensure proper hygiene and service protocols are followed across all clinics.
2. Client Consultation & Lead Conversion
- Explain all hair system types, materials, base models, density, and pros/cons to clients.
- Convertminimum 50 hair systems per monthacross all clinics.
- Perform scalp evaluation and recommend suitable hair systems.
- Provide cost estimation and close sales through professionalcounseling.
- Track leads from CRM / clinic team and ensure timely follow-up.
3. Client Service, Aftercare & Grievance Handling
- Handle customer concerns, dissatisfaction, or service issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure prompt resolution of grievances related to:
- Hair system quality, fitting, refusion, adhesive issues, maintenance, or styling.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and drive repeat business.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and premium-quality service experience.
4. Team Leadership & Training
- Manage a team of45 hair stylistsacross all Ageless Clinics.
- Conduct skill-based training on:
- Fixing methods, refusion techniques, cutting, styling, hygiene, bonding cycles, product usage.
- Assign daily service schedules and monitor performance.
- Ensure team complies with all SOPs and company service standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop new stylists as per operational demand.
5. Operations Management Across All Clinics
- Coordinate with all clinic managers for appointments, bookings, stock requirements, and client visits.
- Maintain availability of adhesives, tapes, bonding products, hair units, tools, and accessories.
- Track daily service volume, hair system consumption, and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sterilisation, and workstation upkeep across locations.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit to management.
Professional Experience (Must Have)
- Minimum 5 years of experience innon-surgical hair replacement systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Fixing, bonding, refusion, trimming, cutting, styling, and maintenance.
- Experience handling premium clientele and ensuring high service standards.
- Proven experience in converting consultations into paid hair system sales.
- Ability to manage multiple clinics and a team of stylists.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and grooming skills.
Education
- Diploma / Certification in Hair Styling, Hair Systems, Salon Management, or related field.
- Candidates with specialised training in non-surgical hair replacement are preferred.
