Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based in Kolkata. The Hairdresser will provide professional hair cutting, styling, and care services to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat visits. Daily tasks include consulting with clients on desired looks, recommending suitable cuts and treatments, performing hair care procedures, and maintaining a clean, well-organized workstation. The role also involves staying updated on current hair trends, collaborating on creative looks for brand-related content, and following all hygiene and safety protocols. The Hairdresser is expected to deliver friendly, attentive customer service and contribute to a positive, welcoming salon environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Hair Cutting and Hair Styling skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and preferences.
Candidates should possess solid Hair Care knowledge, including treatments, products, and techniques that support hair health.
Candidates should possess Cosmetology-related expertise or formal training, with an understanding of salon safety, sanitation, and basic color or treatment services.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach.
Relevant certifications or a diploma in hairstyling or cosmetology are beneficial.
Prior experience in a salon or similar setting in Kolkata or comparable markets is an advantage.
