Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hair Transplant Counselor at our Mumbai location. The Hair Transplant Counselor will guide prospective and current patients, providing consultations and information about hair transplant procedures. Responsibilities include educating patients about pre- and post-operative care, addressing concerns, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their journey with the clinic. The Counselor will act as a liaison between patients and the medical team to facilitate effective communication and provide personalized service.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage appointments and patient inquiries
- Knowledge of hair transplantation procedures and related care is preferred
- Problem-solving abilities and empathetic attitude to address patient concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with patient management software
- Relevant experience in counseling, healthcare, or customer service roles is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Healthcare Management, or any other relevant discipline is preferred
