We are expanding our digital consultation and medical tourism vertical and are looking for a Hair Transplant Consultant who will lead virtual hair transplant consultations and 3D hair restoration assessments for patients across our clinic network and international markets.
Role Overview
The Hair Transplant Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, 3D hair transplant simulations, and medical tourism consultations for patients interested in hair restoration procedures. The role involves evaluating hair loss patterns, recommending transplant solutions, and guiding patients through treatment planning and expected outcomes.
This role is ideal for doctors interested in Hair Transplant, Trichology, Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Telemedicine.
Key Responsibilities
Hair Transplant Consultations
- Conduct online and in-clinic virtual consultations for hair transplant and hair loss patients
- Assess Norwood scale, donor area, and graft requirements
- Recommend suitable treatments, including FUE hair transplant, hair restoration therapies, and medical management
3D Hair Transplant Consultation
- Perform 3D hair transplant simulations and transplant design planning
- Guide patients through expected results, density planning, and hairline design
- Support implementation of 3D consultation technology across Berkowits clinics
Virtual Consultation Leadership
- Conduct video consultations for patients visiting Berkowits clinics who require expert transplant evaluation
- Provide remote consultation support to clinic teams
Medical Tourism Consultations
- Lead consultations for international patients interested in hair transplant procedures in India
- Provide pre-procedure counselling, treatment planning, and outcome guidance
Patient Counselling & Conversion
- Educate patients about FUE/FUT procedures, graft estimation, recovery timelines, and expected results
- Build patient confidence and help convert consultations into treatment bookings
Candidate Requirements
Education
- BHMS / BDS / MBBS preferred
- Certification in Trichology / Aesthetic Medicine will be an advantage
Experience
- 3–5 years of clinical or consultation experience
- Experience in Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Trichology, or Aesthetic Medicine preferred
- Experience in teleconsultation or cosmetic consultation is an added advantage
Skills
- Strong patient consultation and counselling ability
- Understanding of hair loss diagnosis and transplant planning
- Comfortable conducting video consultations and digital consultations
- Ability to explain medical procedures clearly and build patient trust
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 per month
- Variable Incentives based on the number of consultations conducted and treatment conversions
