Role:Hair Trainer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
About the Company:
Enrich has 100 plus salons with a technical work force of over 1200 skilled technicians in Hair, Skin, Nails & Pedicure. The salons are geographically spread over multiple cities and within them are divided into zones. Hair Trainers are responsible for keeping the technician workforce in their respective zones at their technical best, while ensuring perfect delivery of services to our customers.
Trainers may have fixed responsibilities in Internal or External Training or may have a blend of both depending on organizational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training Planning – along with Zonal Heads
- Delivering effective Training
- Training Content creation
- Technician Assessments
- Supporting External Education whenever required
- Coaching Hair Lead Technician
- Conducting Salon Visits for coaching & mentoring of team
- Conducting Trials & Assessments for New Technicians
- Creative contribution to team / organization
- Handling client complaints
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Graduate or 12th standard with Diploma holders may apply
- Must have completed a Formal course in Hairdressing from a reputed institute
- Adept at performing all services in Hair – Cut / Colour/ Texture/ Styling / Up styling / Care Treatments for Women & specially with skills for Gents Cuts , Beard styling & shaving will be preferred
- On floor experience of at least 3-4 years with the ability to execute all services
- Minimum 6-8 years experience with training being a major part of this experience
- Proven track record in training
- Role demands travelling within Zone and to other cities whenever required by the team
- Plan , Create & execute related projects specific for the category when required – Competitions/shoots
