Job Description

The Hair Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salons, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining salon cleanliness, and driving sales and profitability. The manager acts as a leader and role model to the salon team and helps to create a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff alike.

Train and supervision salon staff.
Motivate and manage team performances, handle conflict resolution.
Monitor staff productivity and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Oversee daily operations including opening and closing duties.
Maintain salons cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
Monitor and achieve sales targets, service goals, and client retention metrics.
