Role Description The Hair Educator role at Zenesty Salon is a full-time, on-site position based in Nadiad. The Hair Educator will design and deliver training sessions on cutting, coloring, styling, and haircare techniques for salon team members and trainees. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrating services on models or mannequins, supervising hands-on practice, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves assessing skill levels, updating training materials to reflect current trends and products, and collaborating with salon leadership to align education with service standards. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Teaching, Education, and Training, with the ability to instruct diverse learners and adapt methods to different experience levels.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including creating structured curricula, practice modules, and assessment criteria for hair-related courses.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain techniques clearly, provide constructive feedback, and present in group settings.
- Proven experience as a hair stylist or hair educator, with expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and haircare best practices.
- Up-to-date knowledge of salon hygiene, safety standards, and product usage, with a commitment to client and learner well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively with salon management and team members, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
