Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Hadoop clusters, ensuring their optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
Perform routine cluster maintenance activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support data processing workflows within the Hadoop ecosystem.
Continuously monitor Hadoop cluster health, resource utilization, and job performance, taking proactive measures to address issues.
Document administration procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Hadoop Administration.
Good communication skills.
Good analytical skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with tool upgrades in Cloud environments.
Experience with Snowflake.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
