Core Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the functional setup of the Order Management , Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution modules. This includes defining transaction types, defaulting rules, and pricing modifiers.
- Requirement Analysis: Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, perform Gap Analysis, and propose best practice solutions.
- Documentation: Author standard Oracle project artifacts such as BR100 (Setup), MD050 (Functional Design), and BP080 (Future State Process).
- Testing & Validation: Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) , System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business goals.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with developers to clarify functional specs for custom RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) components.
- Cross-Module Integration: Manage seamless integration points with related modules such as Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Required Skills & Experience
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of O2C processes, including Drop Ship, Back-to-Back (B2B), Internal Sales Orders, and RMA (Returns) .
- Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL to query data schemas for troubleshooting and verification.
- Experience: Typically requires 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in EBS R12, with involvement in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Finance.
- Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
