Gynecologist ( Fresher )

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist (Fresher) role based in Bhilwara. The role involves providing outpatient and inpatient gynecological and obstetric consultations, conducting thorough clinical assessments, and documenting patient history in alignment with medical protocols. The gynecologist will assist in labor management, antenatal and postnatal care, and perform or assist in gynecologic procedures under supervision, depending on experience and facility protocols. Daily responsibilities include prescribing appropriate investigations, participating in treatment planning, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in emergency duties and on-call rotations, counseling patients and families on treatment options and preventive care, and adhering to clinical guidelines, infection control standards, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine, including clinical examination, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of common conditions.
• Recognized MBBS degree and completed internship from an accredited institution; MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology or equivalent (or in final stages of completion) as applicable to local regulations.
• Current or eligible registration with the appropriate medical council and compliance with all statutory medical practice requirements.
• Strong communication and counseling skills, with an empathetic, patient-centered approach and respect for confidentiality and diversity.
• Willingness to learn, accept supervision and feedback, and participate in ongoing clinical training and continuing medical education.
