Role Description This part-time, on-site Gynecologist role is based in Bengaluru and involves providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care to patients with gynecologic and obstetric needs. The Gynecologist will conduct consultations, perform routine examinations and screenings, diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions, and provide preventive health counseling. Daily responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic tests, planning and performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries as appropriate, and coordinating care with other medical professionals within Bridge Health's integrated care model. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards, and participating in patient education initiatives focused on preventive and personalized healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Gynecology, with the ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and general Surgery relevant to gynecologic conditions.
• Experience in Obstetrics, including antenatal care, labor management, and postpartum follow-up.
• Valid medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology) from a recognized institution.
• Current registration with relevant medical councils and eligibility to practice in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to non-discriminatory, respectful patient interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to technology-enabled care models.
• Prior experience in preventive health, women's health programs, or digital health platforms is an advantage.
