Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert gynecological consultations, diagnosis, and treatment, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, from prenatal to postnatal care, and devise effective treatment plans.
- Perform routine and complex gynecological procedures, including surgeries and minimally invasive interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety.
- Engage in patient education initiatives, advising on preventive care and family planning measures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, while adhering to regulatory and clinical guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Medical degree in Obstetrics & Gynecology with MD/DGO qualification and valid registration.
- Must-Have: Proven experience as a Gynecologist Consultant with a strong record in patient management and surgical procedures.
- Must-Have: Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with proficiency in ultrasound and other gynecological investigations.
- Preferred: Experience in handling day shift operations in a high-volume hospital setting.
- Preferred: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
- Preferred: Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of advancements in gynecological care.
