Job Description
Sales Executive – Gym
Location: Tathawade, Pune – PCMC
Experience: Fresher - 2Years Exp
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Convert Leads into gym memberships.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
- Explain membership plans, offers, and gym facilities to prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Build strong relationships with members and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales records.
- Support membership renewals and upselling opportunities.
- 1–2 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or direct sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and energetic personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Salary: 15,000–30,000 + Attractive Incentives
