Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Gym Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The Gym Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the gym functions efficiently and delivers exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling group exercise and personal training sessions, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The Gym Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs to promote member engagement and retention, as well as handling customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Group Exercise and Group Training
• Background in the Fitness Industry and expertise in Personal Training
• Understanding of Exercise Physiology and ability to apply principles to fitness programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to motivate staff and clients to achieve fitness and health goals
• Experience in managing gym operations and equipment maintenance is a plus
• Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training, or exercise science are preferred
