Key Responsibilities and Duties:Operational Management: Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality, ensuring all machines are in working order.Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate fitness instructors, trainers, and front desk staff.Sales & Marketing: Drive membership sales through local, corporate, and digital marketing strategies.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, payroll, and financial records to ensure profitability.Customer Service: Handle member inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance the overall member experience.Programming: Develop, schedule, and monitor the popularity of fitness classes and programs.
