We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (Data Lead) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Databricks and its functionalities, but their primary role will be that of a project manager.
As a Data Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all data-related projects within our organization.
Experience : 12+ Yrs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements for various projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentorship.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of Databricks and its functionalities Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
