Key Responsibilities
Application Process Monitoring:
- Monitor and track the progress of education loan applications at each stage.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.
Communication And Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding application updates. -Collaborate closely with the sales team and lending team to streamline communication and ensure a seamless application process.
Issue Resolution
- Identify and escalate any issues or challenges in the application process promptly. -Work collaboratively with team members to identify effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & the sales team.
Qualifications And Skills
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using oce software and tools. Personal Attributes:
