Primary Skills: GWS or GCP
- Administration & Support: Managing the Google Admin Console, including user provisioning, group management, and security policies.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving L2/L3 issues related to mail flow, Drive, Meet, and authentication.
- Migration & Implementation: Assisting with or leading email and data migrations from legacy systems (like Office 365 or Exchange) to GWS.
- Security & Compliance: Implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, configuring SSO/SAML, and managing mobile device management (MDM).
- Automation: Using tools like GAM (Google Apps Manager) or scripting (Python, App Script) to automate tasks.
- Client Communication: Acting as a technical point of contact for clients, providing training, and preparing documentation.
For GCP
- GCP Services: Hands-on experience with Compute Engine , Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage , and Cloud SQL .
