- Experience with Data conversion/migration framework on Guidewire PMT/CMT
- Good Experience on Guidewire property and casualty insurance domain.
- Strong analytical skills to build Data mappings from Legacy source to Guidewire Policy center /claim center data model.
- Ability to conduct and drive workshops, walkthroughs and meetings involving various client stake holders
- Should have good experience in preparing and documenting the Business requirements on the data side
- Proficient in writing and understanding the complex SQL
- Good to have exposure on Guidewire data products such as Explore, Canvas and predictive Analysis
- Good exposure on Working in Agile/ SaFe methodologies
