We are looking for an experienced
Guidewire Claim Center Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in GOSU, APIs, messaging frameworks, and Guidewire integration architecture, along with a solid understanding of insurance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development
- Design and implement integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and upstream/downstream systems.
- Develop SOAP/REST web services, messaging solutions, and batch processes.
- Create and configure integration plugins (messaging, pre-update, post-update, validation, etc.).
- Handle XML/JSON transformations, data mapping, and API orchestration.
- Guidewire Platform Customization
- Develop GOSU classes for integration logic, utility functions, and API access layers.
- Configure messaging destinations, retry mechanisms, acknowledgment flows, and error handling.
- Work with PCFs, typelists, and data model extensions as needed for integration support.
- Architecture & Design
- Participate in integration architecture discussions and solution design sessions.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, fault-tolerant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Work with enterprise architects to define integration patterns and reusable components.
- Testing & Troubleshooting
- Perform unit, functional, and integration testing for all interfaces.
- Monitor, debug, and resolve integration failures in pre-production and production environments.
- Support end-to-end system testing with business and QA teams.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, operations, and external vendors.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Produce technical documentation including sequence diagrams, technical specs, and deployment guides.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration development.
- Strong proficiency in GOSU, integration APIs, and Guidewire Integration Framework.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SOAP/REST services
- XML/JSON
- Messaging (JMS, Kafka, MQ, or similar)
- Batch processes
- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience working with SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Guidewire Integration Specialist or ClaimCenter Certification.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud deployables and cloud-native integrations.
- Familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, Azure Integration Services, etc.
- Strong experience with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior work in Agile/Scrum environments.
