Job Title: Gulf Recruitment Expert / International Recruiter
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Gulf Recruitment Expert to handle end-to-end international recruitment processes for Middle East requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions for Gulf countries across multiple industries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf/Middle East requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Manage bulk hiring and blue-collar/white-collar recruitment
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up on documentation, visa processing, and onboarding activities
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and closures
- Achieve recruitment targets within timelines
- Handle client communication and recruitment reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in Gulf recruitment
- Experience in handling Middle East requirements is mandatory
- Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in bulk hiring and overseas recruitment preferred
- Knowledge of visa process and documentation is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
