Job Description:

A Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer / Tech Lead, focused on application support and change management, would be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the Guidewire ClaimCenter system, as well as implementing changes and major enhancements. This role involves configuring ClaimCenter, integrating it with external systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. Candidates should possess expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration development, and related technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and Gosu.

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration and Customization: Configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet specific business requirements, including data model, rules, PCF, events and workflows.

Implementing changes and enhancements to the ClaimCenter system, including new features, customizations, and integrations.

Integration Development: Integrating ClaimCenter with external systems using APIs and frameworks like SOAP & REST, S3 & SFTP.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving complex technical issues in ClaimCenter and its integrations.

Performance and Scalability: Ensuring the performance, stability, scalability, and reliability of ClaimCenter application.

Code Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing existing codebases to extract business logic and improve system design.

Agile Methodology: Working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and contributing to the team.

Unit Testing: Designing and executing unit tests for developed code.

Insurance Domain Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of P&C insurance (Assistance) processes and concepts.

Team Leading Experience: 2 to 3 year GW team leading Experience

Nice to have: Git, AWS, Azure DevOps
