Job Summary:

We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with mandatory Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification and hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, integration, and support of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications within P&C Insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) (Mandatory)
• Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
• Develop and customize PolicyCenter components including Product Model, PCF screens, Business Rules, Underwriting Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and messaging frameworks.
• Work on Guidewire Cloud upgrade, migration, and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint activities.
• Support production releases and resolve critical application issues.

• Knowledge of Guidewire upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
