Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
PC (PolicyCenter) Integration Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and external/internal systems. The candidate will drive technical design, development, and delivery of complex integration solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross‐functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter using Guidewire Integration Framework
- Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP/REST web services, messaging (JMS), XML, and JSON
- Own end‐to‐end integration delivery including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire and enterprise best practices
- Handle performance tuning, security, logging, error handling, and monitoring for integrations
- Support production issues and provide root‐cause analysis
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years hands‐on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Integrations
- Strong expertise in Guidewire Integration Gateway, Gosu, and PC Data Model
- Experience with SOAP, REST, Web Services (WSDL), JMS, XML, JSON
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and policy lifecycle
- Experience integrating with third‐party systems (billing, claims, document management, rating engines, etc.)
- Hands‐on experience with Unix/Linux, SQL, and RDBMS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem‐solving and communication skills
Good to Have
- Guidewire PolicyCenter certification
- Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure) deployments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Experience across multiple Guidewire versions or upgrades
- Integration experience with BillingCenter and ClaimCenter

Education
