Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid Model

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, with a focus on configuration (Gosu scripting, PCF files, business rules).

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system configuration within PolicyCenter.

Customize and extend the core functionalities of PolicyCenter to meet business needs.

Collaborate with BAs, QA teams, and other developers to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and provide post-deployment support.

Develop integration components with other systems via web services (SOAP/REST).

Create and maintain technical documentation for all deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Guidewire environment.

Required Skills:

510 years of total experience in software development, with 3+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.

Strong hands-on experience in Gosu programming.

Experience working with Guidewire Studio, PCF files, and product model.

Good understanding of Guidewire data model, business rules, and workflows.

Exposure to web services (SOAP, REST) and system integration.

Working knowledge of Agile methodology and tools like JIRA/Confluence.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

Guidewire Certification (PolicyCenter Configuration or Integration).

Experience in other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Experience with DevOps tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Insurance domain knowledge, especially in policy administration.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Guidewire technologies are a strong plus.
