Job Overview: As a Guidewire Digital Portals Consultant/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital portal solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline insurance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Guidewire Digital Portals, including user interfaces and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Customize and extend Guidewire Digital Portals functionality using Guidewire development best practices.
- Perform system integration with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of the portals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for portal-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Guidewire releases and digital technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with Guidewire Digital Portals and Guidewire software suite.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks.
- Experience with application integration and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Guidewire Jutro is must.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in the insurance domain is a plus.
