Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Guidewire DHIC Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing and implementing integrations using
Guidewire DHIC (Digital Hub Integration Components). The ideal candidate will have solid experience integrating Guidewire applications with external systems in P&C insurance environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support DHIC-based integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using SOAP/REST web services and messaging
- Configure and customize Guidewire Integration Framework, messaging events, and plugins
- Work with XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL for inbound and outbound data exchanges
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure high performance and data accuracy
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and external vendors for end-to-end integration delivery
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire standards, security, and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Guidewire DHIC
- Hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter integrations
- Proficiency in Gosu, Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Solid understanding of P&C insurance domain and Guidewire data model
- Experience with messaging, batch processing, and error handling
- Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud (GWCP) is a plus
Nice to Have
- Guidewire Certification (Integration / Associate / Specialist)
- Experience with third-party integrations (payment gateways, document systems, rating engines)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
