Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Developer with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. The candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire development, configuration, and integration within the P&C insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
• Customize data model, UI (PCF), workflows, and business rules
• Work on Gosu scripting for application customization
• Design and implement integrations using web services (REST/SOAP)
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and coding standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
• Hands-on expertise in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Workflows
• Experience with Guidewire Integration (APIs, Messaging)
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML
• Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Experience in Agile development methodology

Good to Have:

• Guidewire Certification (Associate/Professional)
• Experience in Guidewire Digital Portals
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of rating, underwriting, claims lifecycle
