Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled GW Claims Developer with a strong background in Guidewire Claims Center to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing claims management solutions using Guidewire technology. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize Guidewire Claims Center applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement technical solutions that enhance the functionality of the claims management system.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Guidewire applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest Guidewire releases and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center.
• Strong understanding of the insurance domain, particularly in claims processing.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with Guidewire configuration and integration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, specifically with Guidewire Claims Center.
• Relevant certifications in Guidewire technology are a plus.
