Job Description

  • Work as a Guidewire ClaimCenter professional responsible for configuring and customizing the claims management system as per business requirements.
  • Support integration with external systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize claims processing workflows.
  • Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • Ensure smooth functioning and performance of the ClaimCenter application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and enhance Guidewire ClaimCenter modules.
  • Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Work closely with BA, QA, and architects to deliver quality solutions.
  • Perform debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
  • Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter (Configuration + Integration).
  • Good understanding of insurance claims processes.
  • Technical expertise in Java, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Guidewire best practices and implementation standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Guidewire certifications are a plus.
