Job Title : Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experienced : 8-15 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience working on Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- 5+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
- Proven experience working on Guidewire implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
- Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Strong experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria using Gherkin syntax.
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Understanding of Guidewire APIs, integrations, application development concepts, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Guidewire integrations and API-based architectures.
- Exposure to modern application architectures and microservices.
- Experience working across multiple P&C insurance processes such as claims, policy administration, billing, or related insurance workflows.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
- Work extensively on Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements within the P&C insurance domain.
- Support requirements related to Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter and their integration with other enterprise applications.
- Create detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, business process flows, functional specifications, and requirement documentation.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues by working with business and technical teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of Guidewire application capabilities, APIs, integrations, application development concepts, and microservices.
- Assist in identifying gaps between current business processes and proposed Guidewire solutions.
- Support data, integration, and process-related analysis across Guidewire and downstream/upstream systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
