Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and/or automation testing within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Guidewire ClaimCenter applications, integrations, and related insurance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Validate ClaimCenter configurations including workflows, business rules, and UI.
- Test integrations with external systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, third-party systems).
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/ALM.
- Participate in UAT support and production validation.
- Prepare test execution reports and status updates.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC) testing.
- Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain.
- Experience in manual testing and/or automation testing.
- Good understanding of Claim lifecycle (FNOL, Coverage, Reserves, Payments, Recovery, Closure).
- Experience in integration/API testing.
- Familiarity with SQL for backend validation.
- Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Client ALM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud.
- Automation experience using Selenium/Java or similar tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of Gosu basics (good to have).
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
