Guidewire Business Analyst

• Understand the customer business and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for Guidewire applications.
• Customize Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter to meet specific business requirements.
• Has thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products.
• Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Is required to work with onsite counterpart as well as direct customer on BA activities and deliverables.
• Will provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams.
• Will attend post-construction walkthroughs to ensure the developed feature is in line with requirements.
• Will own BA deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
• 3-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in Guidewire applications.
• Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications and a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Has worked on GW PC or other COTS implementation project for personal or commercial lines as a business analyst.
• Has good functional understanding of Guidewire OOTB products.
• Having working experience on Integration will be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
