Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Billing Center professional to configure and customize Billing Center for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations. The role involves supporting end-to-end billing, payment processing, and financial workflows while ensuring alignment with business requirements and system best practices.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter using Gosu
- Develop and maintain PCF screens, entities, typelists, and business rules
- Implement and support core billing processes including:
- Invoicing
- Payments
- Disbursements
- Delinquency management
- Collections
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and coding standards
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
- Strong expertise in Gosu programming and Guidewire Studio
- Solid understanding of P&C insurance billing processes and accounting principles
- Experience in configuration, customization, and integration within BillingCenter
Preferred Qualifications
- Guidewire BillingCenter Certification
- Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with integrations (APIs, web services) is a plus
