Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Guidewire Billing Center configuration solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Billing Center configuration to the team and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery according to client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Guidewire Billing Center configuration.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines for Guidewire Billing Center configuration.
• Mentor and train team members on Guidewire Billing Center configuration.
• Participate in project planning and estimation processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in Guidewire Billing Center configuration.
• Strong technical skills in Guidewire Billing Center configuration, including configuration of billing plans, billing groups, payment plans, and invoices.
• Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in Guidewire Billing Center configuration is a plus.
