Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Billing Center Configuration Developer with strong
cloud expertise to support and enhance billing applications. The ideal candidate must have
hands‐on experience with Palisades Complus, which is a
mandatory requirement. This role involves configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of billing systems in a cloud‐enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Billing Center applications based on business and regulatory requirements
- Design, develop, and support billing workflows, rules, and integrations
- Work extensively with Palisades Complus for billing configuration and enhancements
- Implement and support solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high‐quality solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues across environments
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Ensure configurations comply with security, compliance, and audit standards
- Provide production support and documentation as required
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Billing Center Configuration Developer
- Palisades Complus experience is compulsory (mandatory)
- Solid hands‐on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of billing systems, rating, invoicing, and payment processing
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, and data workflows
- Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Strong problem‐solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Nice‐to‐Have Skills
- Experience with Guidewire Billing Center (if applicable)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Insurance or financial services domain experience
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Education
