Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Guidance Counselor and Business Development Executive specializing in Immigration and Visa services. The role involves counseling students and professionals on study abroad and immigration opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless application process for visas and other related documentation. The candidate will also identify and pursue new business opportunities, handle client queries, and provide exceptional support throughout their journey for global education and career planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in student counseling, career counseling, and general counseling to provide personalized guidance and support.
- Knowledge or background in education and psychology to understand client needs and provide informed recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple responsibilities with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in immigration, visa services, or international education is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Education, or Psychology is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
