Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting visitors with reservations, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless museum experience. Daily tasks include greeting and guiding visitors, addressing questions and concerns, providing ticketing support, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience in managing visitor satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with guests
  • Experience with Reservations and coordinating guest bookings
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality, entertainment, or customer service industry is advantageous
