The company was set up to capture all business opportunities that could be exploited on the palace estate and also double as a holding company for the investments that Mr Samarjitsinh Gaekwad would do. Gaekwar Services commenced operations with a paid up capital of Rs. 5 Lakhs with substantial holding held by the chief promoter and family members. Only recently in 2017 , the company became a private limited and also changed its name to the present one - Gaekwar Enterprise Pvt.Ltd. The company has four verticals of business - Banqueting & Conference, Golf Club Operations, Palace Museum Operations & Real Estate Division.

Role Description

A Guest Service Associate in the hospitality industry is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. They greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations, and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, or concerns. Guest Service Associates provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and policies while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. They coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently. Additionally, they process payments, maintain guest records, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential in this role. A successful Guest Service Associate consistently demonstrates courtesy, patience, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and the reputation of the establishment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Guest Services and Guest Service to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for visitors.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations management.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and internal teams.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.
