Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, located in Mumbai. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Daily tasks will include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining clear communication with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services and Guest Service skills
  • Customer Service and Reservations experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
