Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Officer at Hyatt Regency Thrissur. The Guest Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
