Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Guest Service Associate. The Guest Service Associate will handle daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include assisting with reservations, addressing guest inquiries, providing tailored recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. The role requires maintaining high levels of professionalism and adhering to IHCL's standards of excellence in hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service
- Experience in Reservations handling and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, on-site environment
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and prior hospitality experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
