Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow for a Guest Service Associate- Front Office. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through tasks like handling reservations, providing efficient and courteous guest services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of communication. This role requires handling daily interactions with guests to uphold the brand's service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service
  • Experience with handling Reservations and related systems
  • Strong skills in verbal and written Communication
  • A friendly demeanor with the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
