Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities. The associate will ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience by providing housekeeping services with attention to detail and professionalism. Additional responsibilities include managing guest requests, adhering to health and safety standards, and sustaining the brand's service excellence.

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and the use of cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain room and facility cleanliness
• Customer service orientation and an ability to cater to guests needs with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability to handle various housekeeping tasks effectively
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
