Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning & Upkeep
- Clean and service guest rooms as per brand standards
- Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and ensure room readiness
- Ensure bathrooms, fixtures, and fittings are clean and functional
- Public Area Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and public areas
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and upkeep of surroundings
- Guest Service
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related queries
- Ensure courteous and professional interaction with guests
- Report any guest complaints to the supervisor
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates
- Inform Engineering team about maintenance issues
- Ensure timely room availability for arrivals
- Inventory Handling
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities
- Handle hotel property with care and report any damages
- Safety & Hygiene
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts and physically active role
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping preferred
