Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our team at Oshin Hotels. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive and memorable experience. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure billing accuracy
  • Ensure the safety and security of the guests by following hotel policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
  • Attend to any other duties assigned by the management
