Role Description
Pizza 4P's is seeking a Guest Service Agent for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include addressing guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless dining experience, coordinating with team members to deliver outstanding service, and maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation management tools
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
